Michael Collins is a Board Member of the Scottish Building Contract Committee (SBCC) and represents Build UK.
Michael is a Scottish solicitor specialising in construction and engineering disputes. He advises a variety of construction project stakeholders on a wide range of building and infrastructure projects.
Michael is a Partner at Anderson Strathern and heads up the firm’s Construction Disputes team. He has extensive experience handling high-value and complex disputes – combining technical knowledge of construction contracts with a pragmatic, commercially-minded approach. As a Solicitor Advocate, Michael has rights of audience in the Court of Session.
Michael also tutors on the Construction Law Masters course at the University of Strathclyde.
