Evelyn Scott
Vice Chair
Evelyn Scott is the Vice Chair of the Scottish Building Contract Committee (SBCC) and represents the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Evelyn is an experienced Quantity Surveyor and Principal Designer, having worked in both the public and private sectors for over 25 years.
She is Managing Director of Ewing Somerville Partnership Ltd specialising in public procurement. Prior to this, she gained experience working in a Cost Consultancy role within petrochemical, energy, health, and retail sectors throughout the UK.
Evelyn has completed an LLM in Construction Law and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and Association of Project Safety (CmaPS). She is also an RICS APC Assessor.
