Errata Sheet for Minor Works Building Contract with Contractor's Design for Use in Scotland (MWD/Scot 2024 - SBC598)
SBCC has issued an errata sheet for the print edition of the Minor Works Building Contract with Contractor's Design for Use in Scotland (MWD/Scot 2024).
The errata sheet identifies an error contained in the Contract Particulars, Clause 6.4, 6.5 and 6.6, in the print edition of the contract and details the amendment to be made. Copies of the errata sheet will be included with all future purchases of the print edition.
Important Information for Digital Users
The digital edition of the contract has already been updated to incorporate the correction. All account holders who have purchased the digital version have been notified of this update by email.
