SBCC Contract and Guide Price Increases 2026

On January 6, 2026, the prices for all current SBCC Contracts and Guides will increase by approximately 7%. This adjustment will affect both online and print copy purchases. Please note that any SBCC contracts purchased prior to January 5, 2026, will be charged at the 2025 prices.
In accordance with SBCC's agreement with JCT, we are required to align our pricing with that of equivalent JCT contracts. JCT will be implementing their price increase on January 1, 2026.
