SBCC produce contracts designed to meet the needs of the construction industry in Scotland. SBCC Online contracts are designed to be intuitive and easy to use.

• Pricing: Contract prices are displayed excluding VAT at the standard rate. Guides are exempt from VAT.
• Digital Contracts: SBCC Online Digital Contracts can only be purchased with a valid Subscription.
• Print Editions: Print contracts and guides are available without a subscription from our Selling Agents.
• Archive Contracts: Archive contracts and guides are not available online, but can be purchased in print from our Selling Agents.
