Euan Geddes
Past Chair
Euan Geddes is the Past Chair of the Scottish Building Contract Committee (SBCC) and represents the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland (RIAS).
Euan is an experienced architect, having worked in both the public and private sectors for over 30 years. He is currently a Partner in the Buildings team of HKA, where he is an accredited architectural expert witness.
Prior to this, Euan was the director of a commercial practice with extensive experience as a job-running architect, responsible for the design and delivery of commissions throughout the UK.
Euan has completed an LLM course in Construction Law and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). He sits on the Contracts Committee of the RIAS and is a Board Director of the Architects’ Professional Examination Authority in Scotland (APEAS).
