The Scottish Building Contract Committee (SBCC) has published updated guidance notes covering the following topics:
- Building Safety Act 2022
- Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014
- Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015
These guidance notes are referenced within the SBCC 2024 edition contracts. They are available to download free of charge, along with additional supporting materials, from the Useful Documents section of the SBCC website.
