SBCC SUBSCRIPTION PRICE UPDATE

The cost of a Full SBCC annual subscription will increase from 1st May 2026. This increase will be effective for new annual subscriptions taken out, and those due to renew after this date.
What’s changing
- Current Full annual subscription: 105+vat (£126.00)
- New Full annual subscription (effective after 1st May 2026): £110+vat (£132.00)
Why we’re updating our prices
The modest increase reflects the rising costs associated with the online service and in adapting JCT contracts to produce contracts compliant with Scottish law and practice. This will ensure the SBCC can continue to deliver high-quality, up-to-date standard building contracts tailored specifically for use in Scotland.
Information for current SBCC Subscribers
Current subscribers will not be affected by the price change until the date of their next renewal. Subscribers can find details of their next renewal date in their account on the 'Account and Billing' page.
Reminder emails are sent out to subscribers two weeks in advance of their renewal date, they include the SBCC's contact details in the event a user wants to make any changes or cancel a subscription.
