Ross Mathie
Board Director
Ross Mathie is a Board Director of the Scottish Building Contract Committee (SBCC) and represents the Scottish Building Federation (SBF).
Ross is the Technical and Commercial manager at SBF providing expert advice and guidance directly to SBF members. He also engages with external agencies on topics relevant to the construction industry.
He joined SBF in April 2025 after 28 years with award winning St Andrews based house builder Headon, where he was a Director of two companies within the group. Responsibilities there included quantity surveying, estimating, project management and liaising with clients.
Ross is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a past president of SBF Fife Association.
