Eric Fleming

Eric Fleming is a Board Member of the Scottish Building Contract Committee (SBCC) and represents the Scottish Building Federation (SBF).
Eric has been involved with SBCC for 40 years serving on both the Committee and Drafting Sub-Committee and was Vice Chair prior to incorporation, he has been a member of the JCT Council for 28 years representing SBCC for the last 21 years and is a former JCT Board member at JCT. He has been Chair of the Contractors Legal Group since 2017. A former Chartered Quantity Surveyor Eric has been involved in the construction industry for over 50 years.
