Guto Davies
Board Member
Guto Davies is a Board Member of the Scottish Building Contract Committee (SBCC) and is the alternate Director representing the Association for Consultancy and Engineering (ACE).
Guto is UK Director at the Association for Consultancy and Engineering (ACE) and its sister organisation, the Environmental Industries Commission (EIC). In his role, Guto is responsible for policy activity and engagement with government and stakeholders across the UK.
Before joining the ACE Group, he was Senior Adviser at Natural Resources Wales, the Environmental Regulator for Wales. For over a decade, he has worked in policy and public affairs roles, including as Assistant to the Welsh Government’s Chief Whip. During his time at the Welsh Parliament, he held roles covering research and communications.
